Founded in Windermere in 2018 by Alfredo Cam Loyola, on the idea that a roofer should be easy to reach, straight about what your roof actually needs, and still there when you call two years later.

Florida Sky Roofing started in 2018 with one truck and a simple observation: after every storm, Central Florida fills up with roofers, and by spring most of them are gone. We built the opposite of that. We're licensed here (CCC 1337349), our offices are in Orlando, Florida, and the number on our trucks is the number that still works next hurricane season.
We replace, repair, and build roofs on houses, commercial buildings, and entire multifamily communities across eight cities, in shingle, tile, and metal. That range matters in Florida, because the right roof for a barrel-tile home in Windermere is not the right roof for a barn outside Ocala or a flat commercial deck in Tampa — and a company that only installs one thing will sell you that one thing.
The part we're most careful about is telling people the truth. Plenty of roofs we inspect don't need replacing yet, and we say so. Delivery, tear-off, deck repair, dry-in, and finish material. On a typical home the roof is never left open overnight.

The county inspects, we magnet-sweep the property, and you get your warranty and closed permit documentation.
